Pregnant Then Screwed
We are proud to support Pregnant Then Screwed, which was established in March 2015 after the founder's own lived experience of pregnancy discrimination when she was sacked by her employer after informing them of her pregnancy.
Pregnant Then Screwed has grown from a blog where women could share their stories to an organisation that protects and supports vulnerable women experiencing pregnancy and maternity discrimination whilst campaigning to end the broader, systemic “motherhood penalty” - changing industries, institutions, public attitudes and government policy.
They support women through:
A free helpline staffed by specialist employment lawyers and HR professionals trained to CIPD level 7
A mentor programme offering peer to peer support to those taking legal action against an employer
Events which help mothers rebuild their confidence and find work that works for them
In 2020 Pregnant Then Screwed supported 34,880 mothers with free advice about their employment rights.

Cheeky Wipes
We are thrilled to partner with Cheeky Wipes, a female and mama led company offering reusable baby wipes, cloth wipes, period pants, reusable sanitary pads & more. Instead of using disposable wipes on our retreats we use their gorgeous reusable baby wipe kits.
Cheeky Wipes was born in 2008 through the need for a more natural alternative to disposable wipes.
Helen, Cheeky Wipes Founder, found that her existing eczema condition was made so much worse when she used disposable baby wipes on her first baby. Fast forward 4 years (another baby and 37 weeks pregnant with number 3) and the All in One kit was launched as a way to make reusable wipes easy, better for sensitive skin, better for the environment and better financially.
Helen says, "In the years since we launched our kit, they have expanded our product range to include reusable period and incontinence protection (our pants are game changing!), reusable make up removal wipes, breast pads and nappies. We're so proud that by introducing these everyday solutions, we have saved over 177 million individual items across these disposable products from heading into landfill. As a small, female led business of parents who have all used the products on our kids and for ourselves we love spreading the word and using our experience to help people understand the benefits and get them started on their reusable journey."
